Previsit and Assessment

First, we carry out an assessment of your moving needs based on the location of your origin premises, the location of your new home, and the workload of your household items. We carry out the assessment either online via a checklist or by an actual site visit. Our professionals assess your moving needs for purposes of making an informed decision regarding the size of truck to use, packing requirements,labor requirements and other logistics arising .

Moving Proposal
In the second step, Integrity Movers prepares a proposal for you based on your moving requirements as established during the assessement stage. We take care to note what needs special handling, and what may require special packing during moving.
 
Arrival
A team will be dispatched to move you on the agreed date. Our teams are composed of professional movers and a team leader who are trained to handle you and your chattels with integrity and honesty. The team leader supervises the whol packing, labelling and loading of your chattels to the truck(s). Upon arrival at the destination house, our crew unload the truck, unpacks everything, and ensures that your house is well setup and ready for occupation. 
 
Our Simplified House Moving Package
We will provide all/apart of the following services;
 
Packing:
  • We will provide all the necessary packing materials to be used including boxes of different sizes, white paper, moving blankets, stretch films, packing tapes etc.
  • We will provide a professional packing / removal team inclusive of a team leader.
  • The bulky furniture items like beds will be dismantled for ease handling; they will be re-assembled at the destination house.
  • All chattels will be appropriately labeled to ensure ease of locating at destination house.
  • Loading the moving truck with the packed chattels.
  • Removal of post moving debris at the origin house.

Transport:
The chattels will be transported by road in a clean, covered and lockable truck for their safety.

Delivery and Unpacking

  • Unloading the truck and delivery of all chattels at the destination house.
  • Set up the chattels in accordance to your preference which include among others;
  • Assembling back of beds & spreading them.
  •  Dusting & arranging your wardrobes i.e. hanging back clothes on hangers etc.
  • Dusting Kitchen Shelves and arranging all your kitchenware.
  • Fixing back cookers and instant heaters where applicable.
  • Arranging your sofas, dining table, wall unit and seats.
  • Hanging back photos, wall hangings etc (where hooks are already fixed in the destination house).
  • Fix back Home theatre/Hifi system and curtains.
  • Spreading back the carpets.
  • Digital Installations conducted by a certified technicians (Dstv, Gotv, Startimes, Zuku etc).
  • We also assist with minor carpentry work (dismantling and assembling beds, detachable seats, tables, wall units etc).
  • Removal of post moving debris at the destination house.
